Spencer Engineering, Inc. was founded
in 1995 with a
mission to bring an honest, uncomplicated approach to
mechanical engineering.
In less than a decade we grew to
become one of Atlanta's most respected mechanical
engineering firms with an ever-expanding list of clients
in the architectural, commercial, industrial and
governmental sectors.
Today we are a fully staffed,
full-service mechanical engineering firm with the skills

With
more than 30 years
experience in the design, administration and management
of projects for institutional, commercial, industrial,
and governmental clients, Mr. Spencer is a contributing
principal in the firm and provides oversight over all
SEI projects.
Originally from Bristol, England
(Bath Technical College, Bristol, England),
his
career path has taken him from design
engineer, to engineering vice president of a 60 person
multi-discipline international company, to his present
role of President and CEO of Spencer Engineering, Inc.
His experience includes the design of
HVAC systems, process piping and fire protection systems
for projects ranging from small renovations to
multi-million dollar commercial projects including
international projects in Panama, Mexico, and other
locations.
William H. Henderson
Director of Engineering

Mr.
Henderson
brings more than 30 years' experience to his role of
Director of Engineering.
Prior
to joining Spencer Engineering Mr. Henderson
(University of Virginia, B.S. Mechanical
Engineering)
served as a senior technical executive for AT&T and
held executive positions with
large engineering firms in the Atlanta area.
Mr.
Henderson's experience includes
the design, administration, and management of HVAC
systems, process piping, and fire protections systems
for sports arenas, communications and data centers,
shopping malls, hotels, and a wide range of other
project types.
